The
Adult Formation Commission at St. Mark’s
seeks to encourage the spiritual development
and well being of all of its members
by offering a variety of programs. These
programs encourage us to ask questions
and take a deeper look at ourselves
so that we may grow and mature in our
faith. Every Sunday between worship
services from 9:20-10:15am Adult Forum
is offered. See the schedule below or
click on Adult
Education. Other programs include
prayer groups, yoga and outside speakers.

“Dig
into yourself for a deep answer. And
if this answer rings out in assent,
if you meet this solemn question with
a strong, simple “I must”, then build
your life in accordance with this necessity;
your whole life, even down to its humblest
and most indifferent hours, must become
a sign and witness to this impulse.”
~ Rainer Maria Rilke
