Plant Sale 2008
St. Mark’s youth are having a plant sale to raise money for their mission trip to Mexico.
We have lots of gorgeous plants this year, as you can see from the photos, including three types of WAVE petunias.
Prices are less than retail! Pickup on Friday May 2 (3 pm - 7 pm) and Saturday May 3 (9am - noon) at the church.

Ivy – Leaved Geranium Baskets
These are a slightly different form than we had last year.
These will be more trailing and less upright – perfect for hanging baskets.

The History of the Wave Petunia
From the All America Selections Classics' page comes this quote:
"Flower Judges were awestruck when they saw petunia entry 92F17. Unlike all other petunias in 1992, this entry did not grow vertically but grew along the soil like an ivy ground cover."
