The students at St. Mark’s practice yoga in a fun, calming environment every other week.. The children are taught to develop body awareness and how to use their bodies in a healthy way.  They learn how to manage stress, anger, and frustration (really any emotion) with breathing, awareness, meditation in a healthy movement. Yoga builds concentration,  increases confidence and positive self image while learning to feel part of a healthy, non competitive group.
