The students at St. Mark’s practice yoga, with our Yogi,  in a fun, calming environment every other Thursday. The children are taught to develop body awareness and how to use their bodies in a healthy way.  They learn how to manage stress, anger, and frustration (really any emotion) with breathing, awareness, meditation in a healthy movement. Yoga builds concentration,  increases confidence and positive self image while developing a stronger body.
