Adult Formation is a gathering held on Sunday mornings for discussion, fellowship and learning. It is typically held on Sunday mornings from 9:15-10am in the library. It continues to evolve, and has taken the shape of lectures, presentations and TED-style video talks. Topics range from spiritual to secular and have been led by both church members and individuals from the larger community.
The purpose of the forum is to have a place for open and honest discussion and everyone is welcome and encouraged to share their perspective.

Fall 2016 Schedule: What is Judaism?
What is Judaism? What are some of its different forms? What are the primary Jewish Holidays? What is a service like at a Temple? Am I using the right words when I ask these questions? We will explore these questions and others this fall via video sources, visits from congregants and Rabbis of Etz Chaim, a congregation of over 500 Jewish families in Lombard, and, of course, a field trip! (Sorry, no school bus ride provided.) Most events will take place during the 9:15 service, however there are also opportunities at the 10:30-11:30 hour.
